Thinking of Something Intelligent

I've been sitting at my desk since 9 am trying my hardest to think of something intelligent to post today. I couldn't think of anything so I went ahead and posted the pictures of Kellie Pickler Day. Still, I could not think of anything remotely intelligent to post about. I really want to tackle an interesting topic or something of the sort, but I've got nothing. I started working on my 100th post today, I am going to do a "100 Things About Me" post, I'm only 5 posts away from #100, yee haw!

I guess I will tell you about my weekend.

Saturday went well with all the festivities going on for Kellie Pickler Day. It was rather crowded and a hot 80 degrees, but it was better then rain. After the events we're over, Beth and I went for some lunch, then back to my house to hang out. While she cruised the web for hours, I napped and it was nice. Around 6 we went to meet my parents at their house and we all went to dinner. It was a nice quiet evening and I enjoyed it. I got home around 11:30 and crashed.

I was supposed to be at Pam and Corey's house at 8:30 on Sunday morning so I could join them for the 9 am service, but I couldn't get my butt out of bed. I am much better at getting up for the 11 am service. I didn't get up until 10. Me, Beth and Steve went to a local restaurant for some breakfast and I tagged along to the laundrymat. I told Steve I felt like I was on vacation with all the foreign people in there. Ha ha. They dropped me off at home around mid afternoon and I was totally lazy. I sat around and didn't clean a thing and around 1 I went to my parents house for a visit and some lunch. I ended up staying with them all afternoon and not leaving there until 7:30. My mom and I were watching 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' on Bravo- I love it! When I left there Duncan called and I met him and his mom at a local Japaneese restaurant for dinner. Then it was home for a shower and sleeping. I slept terrible last ngiht. I was tossing and turning all night, it was like I couldn't get comforatble.

No big plans for this evening. I think I might go home and fix some dinner, take a bubble bath, watch the series finale of 7th Heaven and try my hardest to be in bed by 9:30.

Wish me luck!

Bed by 9:30 - I laugh at you - that would never happen in this house..never, never, never.

Can't wait to read your 100# post..

80 degrees? That sounds pretty good to me!
