It's a brand new day!

Weekends ROCK!

I'm so relieved it's Friday. In all reality, this week flew by for me. I only got to work overtime Monday night. HR had an issue with me working in the department my Mom works in due to the nepotism rule. Everything is straightened out now and I will be able to work until July 1st. Yippe!

This week was actually pretty busy. I got to Michaels house on Tuesday night to pick up my car and it was obvious he was driving it. My windows were down, the radio on the local rock station, and there was a greasy arm print on my door from him driving with his arm out the window. MEN! Beth and I went shoe shopping for work shoes and on the way home I called him to say thank you.

Michaels mom and sister came by my apartment last night to get 'Fred' the Beta fish. Stephanie (Michaels sister) wanted a fish, so I told her she could have Fred. I'm never home, and I absolutely despise cleaning his tank. I shipped him off without a single tear.

I had Weight Watchers last night and I am down another pound for a total of 13.2. I'm on a roll already this morning, I'm almost finished with my second 16 oz. bottle of water. We're going to that great salad place we went to last Thursday, Doc Green's- yum!

I got a refund in the mail yesterday from the refinance on my car, a whole $200! I have to get up bright and early tomorrow morning to have the windows tinted on my car. The place that I have do it is an hour from my house, and I have to be there by 8:30. Ugh! I hate not getting all my beauty rest on the weekend!

We're going to grill out at Aaron and Rebeka's tomorrow night. (Me, Sean, Scott, Pam and Corey) We're looking forward to spending time by the pool too, but the darn weather man is calling for thunderstorms all weekend. Bummer!

Sunday I'm supposed to help a friend work on a float for the 4th of July parade, and I'm supposed to go to church with Michaels mom. Hopefully I can do both, but I might end up ditching the painting for church- we'll see.

I'm definitely not doing much of anything tonight since I have to get up so early in the morning. Sean is going out of town for work until late this evening so he won't be around, Beth is leaving for work early Saturday morning so she won't be around, so that leaves me wide open! I always have Pam, Corey and Scott- but we're low key so if we hang out I will still be in bed by 10. Ha ha!

I'm supposed to interview a student this morning for a temporary position. I told her to come by before 11:30 because that's when I go to lunch so I figured she would be here by now, but she's not. This might make my decision easier.....

Well, I'm going to work on some stuff for my online class until it's time for lunch.
