Gettin' my Butt in Gear!

Hey Y'all,

My post yesterday was lame. I was literally like a walking zombie at work. I went straight home, fixed supper and lounged around. Around 8 they interrupted the 'regularly scheduled programming' to make an announcement about severe weather heading my way. Needless to say, I hate hail and I don't want it anywhere near my car. I packed up and headed to my parents house where I could safely park my car in the garage. I'm a wuss.

I'm still not done with the second unit in my online class, in fact- I haven't completed a single assignment in the unit. I'm hopeing to make that all change this afternoon, I'm going to get atleast 2 chapters done if it kills me. I will do it!

I should tell you I didn't make it to Weight Watchers last week. Meetings are on Thursday nights and we were on the road, I was going to go to a local meeting in PA on Friday, but didn't have a ride. My grandmother was going to take me on Saturday morning, but Graduation was rained out Friday night and re-scheduled for the same time as the meeting on Saturday morning. At least I have a good excuse. I am going this Thursday, I hate missing meetings. I did very good with my points last week so I'm definately not worried.

I start working overtime tonight. I'm working 10 1/2 hour days until June 30th because its fiscal year end. Yippee! I am actually truly excited about it because I could use the extra money.

My brother has XM Radio in his car, and having spent a good amount of time in his car this past weekend, I got to expreience what Fantastagirl has been bragging about. My car comes XM 'ready'. I say 'ready' because you still have to buy a receiver and an antenna. UGH! I've looked on E-bay and it's $236! Eek. Scott says I can go to Best Buy and purchase the kit and have them install it. I might have to look into that. (Guess you know where my extra $$ is going!)

Well, I've got some stuff I could do this afternoon. I still have over $200 I have to spend on office supplies. UGH! I will find a way! I never imagined I of all people would have trouble spending money, but it's happening.
