It's a brand new day!

Fun Weekend!

I had a blast this weekend. It was really nice to get away. I'm not going to chronicle the whole weekend for you, but I will tell you a shortened version!

Friday
Bex and I left work at 5 and LB and Beth were at her house by 5:30 and we were on the road by 6. We got to the beach around 10:3o (we made a few stops). One was in Cheraw, SC where LB bought this rag looking thing and began waving at random strangers. We made loud obnoxious noises at every stop light, laughed until drink came out our nose, and randomly came up with corny sayings! It was a blast. We checked into the hotel at 10:30 and headed to Wal*Mart for some goodies. We never actually got back to the hotel and into bed until after midnight. We were all beat from a busy day and long night!



Saturday
We got up early and went shopping at the Tanger Outlets. We shopped all day! We went to Cracker Barrel for lunch and kept on shopping. We finally headed back to the hotel around 3:30 and headed to the beach to take some more pictures. There was even a hot guy on the beach throwing a football around with another guy. It wasn't to cold, but I couldn't go out without my jacket. After we took some pictures, we decided to go eat some dinner. We headed to Dick's Last Resort. It's a really neat restaurant where they are mean to you and they give you hats to wear that look like giant oversized condoms. My hat said "If Dicks Had Wings My Mouth Would Be An Airport". LOL. Beth's said "I Have A Hairy Kitty" and LB's said "Instant Ho Just Add Beer", lastly, Bex's hat said "The Health Department Closed My Legs". I thought they were all cute! I even bought a shirt that said "Dick says Size Does Matter, they don't call it the big bang theory for nothing". LOL. I had to... After dinner we went to the hotel to drink some Ameretto and get ready. We got all dressed for fun and headed to the strip, the original plan was to go to a gift shop and head to the club. Well, we ended up cruising the strip for 2 hours and getting to the club at Midnight. We went to Kryptonite around midnight and had a BLAST! I've never been to a club before, but that was fun! We got back to the hotel around 2:30 am and went straight to bed!

Sunday
We checked out at 9 and headed home. We got stuck in some traffic somewhere near Bennetsville, SC and we started acting really 'silly'. Yes, thats me in the picture to the right going down a slide at a gas station wearing oversized pink sunglasses! It was funny for sure- there were people sitting in traffic taking pictures of me- I felt like a dork! Beth and I got to Beka's and had to drive an hour home so we didn't get home until 3 O'Clock. My parents are out of town until Wednesday night, so that leaves Scott home alone. His girlfriend was here all weekend but had to leave Sunday afternoon to go back to school. I fixed him supper and Beth and Steve ate with us. It was fun!


I am at work today wishing I was sitll at the beach!
