It's a brand new day!

So...How am I doing?

I am doing good or maybe I should say fair. I think about calling him all the time, but I know if I did I would just be let down or sucked back in. It just isn't worth it anymore. I am tired of being a door mat.

Last night I went to eat with Beth and Steve, then we ran by Wal-Mart for some necessities that I needed, then I dropped them off and ran home to watch 'The Bachelor: Paris'. I really like Sara from Nashville, TN. She is so sweet and she seems genuine.

I have to say, even though I am having a "tough time" with walking away from someone who I thought was my soul mate, after 5 years- I suddenly feel like its my turn to do something completely for my self- that's an excellent feeling.

I am going out to dinner with my parents tonight, then home to watch American Idol with Pam and Corey. I am a Spring TV junkie- I will admit it!

Thursday night I have class and Friday I am going 14 hours north to visit an uncle who has pancreatic cancer. I am coming back on Sunday- and sleeping.

I know I am crazy for doing such a long trip in only a weekend, but right now it is almost impossible to get off work!
