Yes, I'm mad. The position I currently am in pays less then what it should. They've created another position in the company.....does the same thing and it pays more. Why? No reason, they felt the postion was worthy of the money. Then why isn't mine? They always tell me what a wonderful job I'm doing, how they're so luck to have me, then they lower the morale like this? F Them! Whew! I feel better!posted by Ashley at
